About Rajiv Gandhi University
Rajiv Gandhi University, or RGU (formerly known as Arunachal University), is a centrally run public university in Itanagar, Arunachal Pradesh. Established in 1984, it is recognised by UGC and is accredited by NAAC with a B grade. Rajiv Gandhi University campus is spread across a 302-acre land. Bank & Post Office: Rajiv Gandhi University campus has a branch of Bank of Baroda. There are two ATMs, one is SBI and the other is Bank of Baroda. There is also a sub-post office branch inside the campus.
Bioinformatics Centre: This centre offers software and hardware facilities to researchers and PG students on Bioinformatics and Biodiversity topics.
Canteen & Store: The campus of this university has a canteen, a tea stall, a cafeteria, a cooperative store, a book stall, a pharmacy, and a few mom-and-pop stores.
